1.      Acted as Extern Expert for selection of Project Associate -1/Senior Project Associate/Junior Research Fellow in various projects at CSIR-Central Institute of Medicinal & Aromatic Plants, South Zonal Centre, Bengaluru on 15^th March 2021, through online mode.

2.      Nominated as an expert for ‘Lichen Conservation Centre’ at Munsiyari by Research Wing, Uttarakhand Forest Department, Haldwani. 

3.      ‘Best Scientist Award’ from Nature Science Foundation (NSF), Coimbatore, for the year 2020.

4.      Participated in Western Ghats, Biodiversity inventory programme, coordinated by Prof. Madhav Gadgil, Centre for Ecological Sciences, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore during 1994-96.

5.      Twice Summer Research Fellow of Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research, Bangalore during 1997-98 and studied Bangalore City lichens in relation to air pollution.

6.      Participated in Rapid Biodiversity Assessment of Meghamalai Wildlife Sanctuary, Tamil Nadu organized by Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research, Bangalore and Kerala Forest Office and studied lichen diversity of the area.

7.      Participated in Environment impact assessment of Sharavathi river basin, Sagara, Karnataka, organized by Centre for Ecological Sciences, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore and studied the lichen flora of the area.

8.      Participated in Indian Antarctic Expeditions during 2002-03 and 2008-09, visited Schirmacher Oasis, East Antarctica for lichen study.

9.      Member of ‘Hostel Allotment & Student Welfare Committee’, NBRI from 2008 to till date.
